What happens if I don't choose a plan?

Your tracker will remain functional for basic location tracking, but advanced features (real-time tracking, geofencing, history, alerts) will no longer be available. You can activate a plan at any time from your customer area.

Can I change my plan during my subscription?

Yes, you can switch from a Monthly to a Semi-Annual or Annual plan at any time to take advantage of preferential rates. The change will take effect at the end of your current period.

Is the Lifetime plan really for life?

Yes. You pay €300 once, and your tracker remains active as long as it works, with no additional charges or renewals.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your Monthly, Semi-Annual, or Annual plan at any time from your customer area, in two clicks. No fees or justification required.

What happens at the end of my Semi-Annual or Annual subscription?

Renewal is automatic at the same rate unless you cancel before the due date. You will receive a reminder email 7 days before each renewal.

Does the plan include the 4G SIM card?

Yes, 4G connectivity in 230+ countries is included in all plans. No extra fees, no SIM to insert or recharge.
